Learn to meditate
The Mindfulness Meditation course is a 4 weeks course, each week you'll be introduced to one of the 4 foundations of Mindfulness, you'll learn the theory and the associated practices with each pillar. Then you'll have a week to experiment with it.
We will meet once a week in person or online (your preference) and each session will be about 90 minutes.
