INDIVIDUALS
GROUP CLASSES

This type of sessions are designed to cater for 

 

  • individuals who may be suffering from certain physical or mental conditions (e.g., stress, anxiety, and depression)  and may benefit from therapy sessions to help alleviate symptoms

  • individuals that would like to understand their body type, get assessed and be guided with the right yoga practices for them 

This sessions are run at public studios such as The Well Bondi Beach, workplaces and at Lee's own studio in Vaucluse.

They cater for a wider range of practitioners who wish to engage in the practice of yoga in a generic type of class that is well informed by the rich frame work of the yogic traditions and philosophy.  

CORPORATE SESSIONS

Many workplaces nowadays recognise the need of the employer to support their employees wellbeing and creates balanced environment for them to work in. A common way to facilitate such balance is the offering of a wellness program to which enhanced a healthy approach to the physical and mental states. These programmes often includes Yoga classes or mindfulness sessions as part of the benefits. Lee has been teaching several corporate clients Mindfulness and Yoga. Amongst these clients is SmartGroup Corporation (ASX: SIQ) , Australia's most awarded provider of salary packaging, novated leasing and fleet management solutions.

Smartgroup included Lee as part of their wellness program for a couple of years. Lee conducted two sessions (yoga and meditation) per week. These classes were available to all Sydney employees (~350) on an "opt in basis". In addition, she would teach Mindfulness and meditation principles to Senior Management (~25) at their periodic management offsites.
