MINDFULNESS for young adults
Meditation course for teenagers

The course will cover the why, what and how of Mindfulness for youth. Teen life can feel like a rollercoaster—pressure from school, changing emotions, and big decisions. This mindfulness meditation course offers practical tools to help you feel calmer, clearer, and more confident. Meditation supports emotional balance by calming the nervous system and helping you respond—rather than react—to stress. Learn how to manage anxiety, shift self-judgment, and build a kinder, more confident relationship with yourself.
We will look at the definition of Mindfulness, reason to engage in it (some benefits and merits on the personal level as well as contribution to society as a whole). Exploring what meditation is, why we learn to meditate, offer way to sustain our practice, and experience the different ways to practice (the four foundation of mindfulness)
The course duration is 4 sessions of one hour each for 4 consecutive weeks

YOGA FOR
KIDS
This is a program offered for other therapists who work with children (e.g., speech therapists and occupational therapists) that would like to incorporate yoga into their offering. The program is ~12hrs of Yoga and Yoga Therapy principles and applications including practices that are suitable for children like yoga asanas, pranayama and meditation.

We also offer Yoga classes for Kids. The sessions can be private or in group of 2-3 kids.
